This provides further protection and reassurance for Homebuyers, Sellers, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Lenders, all of whom rely upon the information contained within the HIP.
Our Energy Assessors are registered under a Government-approved Accreditation Scheme, giving you the peace of mind of knowing that the person who visits your house to carry out the Energy Survey is not only properly qualified but has also had to pass the necessary CRB checks and other requirements of the Scheme. |
