Please submit the sellers details and we will contact them directly and complete their HIP order together with booking for one of our Energy Assessors to do the Energy Report.
Upon submitting this form we will contact the owner and take payment over the phone by credit/debit card. Once this process has been done we will e-mail you the agent confirming that a home information pack has been ordered and you will be in a legal possession to market the property. Should the owner decide to opt for our Deferred payment plan we will complete the relevant forms over the phone and arrange for our energy assessor to get these signed when the energy report is booked in.
To market the property prior to completion of a HIP it is a legal requirement under the HIP regulations that both a written order and payment have been received.
Once the hip is complete we will e-mail you a copy of the Hip. |
